Our main auditions are held in August, but we also allow people to join during the season. Auditions are a way for our conductor to hear your voice and your range, to meet you and to learn of your musical background and experience. Auditions take less than 10 minutes. We want to bring in new members, so our auditions are not meant to scare people away. If you can read music and are willing to make a commitment to attend weekly rehearsals, then give us a call.

Membership

Our membership is open to all people high school age and older who are able to read music and have a desire to sing choral and choral/orchestral music. We rehearse 10 months out of the year on Tuesday nights from 7:30 - 9:30 PM at First Baptist Church in Augusta. We encourage (expect) regular attendance, but we also understand that busy people have lives and other commitments. We ask that you be as faithful as possible. If you have to miss too many rehearsals for any given concert, you may be asked to sit out that concert.
