ACS Friends "on the road" promoting our upcoming season.
The Friends of the Augusta Choral Society are always looking for new members. Our Friends are community members who enjoy our performances and want to support our organization. This group meets 3-4 times a year to socialize and choose what tasks the members would like to help with. Officers for the Friends are Liz Anne Johnson, president; Catherine Stuckey, vice president; Pat Knox Hudson, secretary; and Glen Davis, treasurer.
Some ways that the Friends help are:
- Provide Housing for Soloists
- Bring Food to an After-the-Concert Party
- Sell Tickets the Night of the Concert
- Provide a Meal for the Soloists
- Sell an Ad for our Concert Program
- Volunteer at our Fundraiser
