Do you store my credit card information?
No, for your security we do not save any sensitive banking information on our server.
Can I create an account to remember my address?
For security and privacy reasons we do not store your information on our servers. If you return to purchase, just use the Auto-Fill option in your browser to quickly and easily enter your info again.
How long does it take to process my order?
Tickets ordered more than 7 days before a performance will be mailed to the address provided at the time of sale. Tickets ordered within 7 days of a performance will be held at the door for pickup the night of the performance.
How can I cancel my order?
We do not refund unused tickets. However, if you notify us prior to a performance that you will be unable to use your tickets, we will either issue you a tax deduction letter for the value of your tickets or will offer to exchange the tickets for tickets to a future concert.
What are the age requirements for tickets?
Senior Tickets are for adults 65 and older.
Student Tickets are for any students over the age of 12 and for active duty military.
Youth tickets are available for children 12 years and younger.
